Product Dryer and Dehumidifier Derlin Spiral

Specially designed equipment for transporting the granule-style product (tea etc.) and removing the moisture inside.

Screws made of imported derlin material were produced by removing sawdust in the vertical machining center. (Derlin helix was used to prevent the product from being cut.)

Steam serpentine heating is used in facilities with a steam generator, and electrical resistance is used in places where there is no steam generator. In Steam Serpentine heating, the system is controlled by an automatic steam valve and sensors.

Thanks to its walled chamber, water heating is provided and dehumidification process takes place.
